Today was just like any other day … RISE & GRIN off to work I go!
In with one swift up-date of my FB page I got the new about
Kate Spade.
To all the Handbag Designer’s like myself Kate Spade was and
still is everything, because it’s base on a HANDBAG!
For me its just one
of the reason, no it’s the only reason, I change ONE GIRLS PARTY from clothing
to Handbag back in the day. So I pin KATE SPADE on my wall as my inspiration. I
Just love her story and style. From me it wasn’t about the bag it was her,
I laugh now because at the time I didn’t what the bag ,but one day at the swap meet I ran cross a small tote bag I said “ok girl you have the lady pin on your wall, you got to get a KATE SPADE bag”

Time marching on in the big city and I’m planning my
birthday party It’s the big one. So I’m out look for stuff and ran across K.S
new line for Target SWELL a collection of
dish, glass etc. For the people
at know me I’m not a Material Girl, I don’t need a lot. But that day something
came over me like a bat out of hell, she had these PINK PASILEY plates. OMG I had
to have them all! .So for day and night for weeks I ran around San Diego look
for the plates and calling EVERY TARGET ACROSS the U.S.A yes folk I was
obsessed or possessed with a plates. In the ends had around 25 PINK PASILEY plates !! I just love sometime sharing that
story to my customer, of my one time I was obsessed over a plate. Today those plates have a special place in my heart, along with a little tote!
